The Process Flow & Duration Estimation
Please note that the final cost depends on the customized service you require, the specifications of the raw materials used, the relevant national laws, and the distance of transportation. Take the example of booking a tall container of products:
Step 1: Analyze Your Samples(1-3 days)
Your samples can be sent to us to analyze, We will confirm that

Fabric: type, weight and density;

Coating: type and weight;
-
Colors, printing, etc.
The full quotation and lead time will be provided.
Step 2: Sampling (3-7 days)
Made-to-order samples tailored to your specifications including weight, density, coating, and colors. Samples will be shipped directly to you via express delivery.
Step 3: Confirm the Order(within 1 day)
After confirming the samples, we will sign the contract with you. Production will begin after receiving the deposit.
Step 4: Bulk Manufacturing (20-30 days)
Process: Weaving—Dyeing—Coating—Rolling—Boarding.
The standard production time is typically 30-40 days. Please confirm personal requests prior to order confirmation.
Step 5: Inspection and Shipping
Strict inspection will be made during the whole production. Also, the third-party inspection is accepted.
We can provide FOB and CIF terms. And the shipping time will be influenced by your country and forwarder company, please confirm it before shipping.
